Initiation Process

Initiation Process:

The trial period is approx. 2-4 weeks and the promotion to raider depends on performance, attendance and attitude.

ATTENDANCE

If you are offered a trial you will be expected to be available to attend the listed raid nights : Wed, Thurs, Sun 19:30 until 23:00 Server time. We have a 10 min break around 22.00 ST. Invites go out at 19.15 and by that time you should be at the raid entrance fully prepared to raid (consumables, bonus rolls etc).
Prepare for the encounters by checking our tactics - we always have multiple PoV's uploaded on Wowprogress.

If you have to design use the forum calendar to do so, also let your guild contact, recruiter, officer or raid leader know in advance about your absence.

ADD-ONS AND COMMS

- Discord info will be provided by the officers, recruiters or can be found in the guild information.

- You must also register on the forum here using your character name as your username once your trial begins. Please be sure to set your characters class on your profile once logged in here
We are using the forum event calendar for raids (right side of the forum main page), you wil be automatically signed-up for raid events, make sure you sign-off in case you can't make it.

- In preparation for your first raid please install the loot addon RCLootCouncil. Also make sure you read and agree with out loot rules and general guild rules (you will have access to all this info after your forum account has been granted member access). Also be aware that initiates have lower loot prio than raiders.

- Please install Exorsus Raid Tools

ATTITUDE

We highly value our raiding atmosphere and social community, so the following will go a long way when deciding on your membership:
- communication during raids (be vocal when its needed);
- take part in other guild activities (m+, rbgs, social/alt run);
- ask for feedback on your performance;
- check our forum and discord for relevant information - updated tactics/raid log analysis/guild events.
